Overview
The HEAT cookbook was a collaboration between group n.b and HEAT (Hospitality Education And Training) a non-for-profit organisation, to create awareness and to raise funds to support it.
Challenge
Having full design control of the project, l developed the cover and internal designs, managed and art directed the students to create illustrations, and also worked closely with the photographer and food team to ensure style consistency. For this project l also coordinated the pre-production and printing of the final publication.
