Overview
Production planning is an important element of successfully managing a fresh food department. To reduce the risk of human error, Coles implemented an Easy Ordering system. The system was designed to receive weather forecasts, store sales data and demographic information relating to the store, and recommend both product range and order quantities. 
Challenge
The brief was to create a gamified experience that was fun and interactive, and covered a range of different scenarios the Deli team would encounter once they transitioned to the Easy Ordering system. 
Solution
While aligning the design to the clients brand guidelines, I created a fun and engaging design which would engage the user while providing scenarios related to the Easy Ordering system. Each module is presented by one of the Coles characters. The user would see the system in action and begin to understand the cause and effect of not successfully completing the required tasks on time, in the correct sequence and following the correct steps.
