Overview
DeakinCo. was asked to pitch for the opportunity to redesign and simplify the core and mandatory advice pathway and customer conversation learning materials for Business Banking, in order to enable Business Bankers to provide knowledgeable trusted advice through 'Customer Conversations'. DeakinCo won the pitch and we are working on this project at the moment.
Challenge
The challenge was to design a visual solution that would support the learning which focused on improved customer experience through enhanced conversations.
Solution
I created a visual solution that was not only recognisable as a Westpac product, but that also enabled the learner to empathise with the customer to help them understand just how important the advice they give is to customers’ lives.
