Overview
BP required the development of an online compliance module to cover the topics of Harassment, Discrimination and Bullying, to a diverse audience spanning Australia and New Zealand.
Challenge
The brief was to produce an elearning module and assessment that would develop strategies for greater manager engagement and culture change within the business.
Solution
The solution was a visual design that had a recognisable and consistent BP look and feel. I utilised the strong branding colour palette and imagery, sourced from the clients extensive image library. I began by doing a series of sketches before moving on to create a hi-fidelity mockup in Sketch which was presented to the client for approval.
