Overview
The initiative behind this elearning course was Transurban's relocation to Tower 5 in Docklands Collins Square. As well as a physical relocation, the company was moving to a new 100% agile way of working practice. 
Challenge
The large scale relocation required a transformative approach to work practices at Transurban. This program needed to reinvent, refresh and rebrand the current working approach, as the uptake of true activity based working was not consistently applied across the organisation. 
Solution
In accordance with Transurban style guide, l created a design for a 15-minute elearning module with branching scenarios. We followed the day of 4 characters, with different schedules and workspaces as they go about their day to day jobs. By applying scenario-based learning, learners can try out different approaches and work practises in different environments to drive positive behaviours, and engagement with the program.
